Qi Gong Benefits - Research
The benefits of Qi Gong can be physical, emotional, and cognitive and can positively impact our overall health and wellbeing.

As Qi Gong is having positive impacts on people's health, can be cost free, requires no special equipment, can be done anywhere, and is considered to be safe, its practice is gaining in popularity. As a result, over the last years more funding for research is being allocated to study the benefits of Qi Gong practice on many individuals including those with cancer and those experiencing cognitive decline.
